I know some people who use them, others don't. The group is divided by those who say they work, and those who say they were a waste of money. I am naturally curious. I normally ask people why?

The fact of the mater is that as a person ages their face is where it shows most. Another fact is that of all the places that show age on the face, it is the eyes that perform this function best.
